Sleepy session

When in doubt, lift.

Training is the medicine for all illness. It makes you feel good about yourself. So when things aren’t going well or you feel a bit lost, hit the training ground and treat yourself to a free self improvement session.

Feeling weak and small. So, deadlift time. Getting back to my groove. Light weights. Still need to get the sleep in order. But it was nice to be in the gym.
