Pull day. Light weights can still cause the burn. Front raise is hard.
You get better not by one great training session, but by hard work. Greatness comes from being committed to something and doing it over and over, little by little, for months and years on end.

– 60.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 18 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 90.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 90.0 kgs x 15 reps

** Front Dumbbell Raise **
– 5.5 kgs x 20 reps [PR]
– 5.5 kgs x 20 reps

** Chin Up **
– 10 reps
