Don’t stay the same

Pain in right achilles tendon. Bummer.

Two big PB’s: Bench 10RM (82.5 kg) and deadlift with straps 6RM (125 kg). Getting stronger. 

Spent most of the day learning things from Youtube. Lifting, philosophy, ideas, tech. There’s so much to learn out there. 

Embrace the fact that you know very little, and keep learning. You have no obligation to keep being the person you are today. Don’t ever be content of staying the same. Keep evolving and becoming wiser.
