Iron and Steak
Another session in the gym lifing iron. RDL, deadlift, squat and chin-ups today. A little bit of each. A couple of high rep PBs.
Post workout meal was steak tonight. Celebrating bring alive by eating ribeye and bacon. Simple and super delicious.
Something interesting about my cholesterol numbers. In aug 2013, I weighed 57 kg and my total cholesterol was 471. Last month i weighed 72 kg and the total cholesterol was 233. Leanness doesn’t have anything to do with cholesterol.
