Training around injuries

You train hard you are bound to be hurt. Some people are more prone to injuries than others. I’ve been dealing mostly with Achilles tendon and heel pains. Squat and deadlift aren’t the most comfortable movements to do. 

But hey you do what you can. Bench, OHP, pull-up. These are great compound exercises that can be done with bad legs. 

The most important thing is to keep improving in whatever way you can. If you are alive you can get better. So stop complaining and train.
