Weekend workouts

Light day today after heavy day yesterday. After bench press PB on Saturday, Sunday was used as recovery with some light squat and three sets of pull-ups.

Going to start a short challenge of 30 pull-ups everyday for seven days. Today was day 1.

Another day, another weekend, getting older, becoming stronger. Small steps.
