In need of caffeine

Light workout to end the work week. Three-day weekend awaits. Must make it count. It is day 2 of cutting. Eating less. Gonna need a strong dose of caffeine to have energy to train.

Bought some socks today as I don’t have many good socks left. As I grow older I’m more willing shell out more money for higher quality items. Life is too short to endure cheap and crappy products.

** Romanian Deadlift **
– 45.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 45.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 45.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 10 reps

** Barbell Row **
– 45.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 45.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 45.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 10 reps

** Chin Up **
– 8 reps
– 8 reps
