Shopping and training
Out for coffee (piccolo latte at Ristretto), ate nice late lunch (on the table), lifted (bench press and rack pull, just getting some pump in), shopped on Amazon (Bluetooth speakers and headphones, and some gym stuffs).
I try to avoid owning too many things, but if there are things I need and make my life more enjoyable I’m happy to obtain them. Been needing good wireless speakers for a while.
It’s day 3 of cutting. Mainly reducing carbs and avoiding sugar. Still far from where I bed to be. Need to keep going.
