Major achievement today is new overhead press 8RM. Did some squats but no PB. Good hard training day.

Also made progress on our vacation planning. Flight and rooms are booked. Excited. Seoul, we are coming.

** Barbell Squat **

– 50.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 5 reps
– 100.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 100.0 kgs x 5 reps

** Running (Treadmill) **
– 1.0 km in 10:00
