Got myself a message stick. Always looking for ways to relieve muscle tightness. It’s pretty good for rolling calf and other leg muscles

Today was training day. Rack pull. 10 reps. Getting my groove back. 

Just two more days till the holidays. I’ve just about had enough of 2016 really. Need to take time off already.
